The tour is escorted and travellers can walk at their own pace. The trek finishes 4 hours later in Simatai, where the coach will be waiting to take you back to Beijing. Experience both the old and the new, with an easy start on part of the wall which has been re-built in recent years. Then as the trek continues, the views become more breathtaking but the walk along the old wall means the trek becomes steeper and a lot more challenging.
